These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and products provided by Elasto Web Services Limited ("Elasto", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Nigeria under RC9645303. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Elasto is a software engineering company that designs and builds secure, scalable fintech infrastructure and enterprise software, including digital wallets, payment platforms, banking systems, virtual account systems, and the products we operate. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

• Where services involve regulated financial activity, you agree to provide accurate KYC information and to cooperate with identity verification.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping it current.
• We may decline or terminate relationships that cannot be adequately verified or that present unacceptable risk.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or money-laundering purposes.
• Infringe intellectual property or the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of our systems.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Elasto retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, tooling, and materials. Deliverables are transferred to you subject to the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elasto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant services.

You agree to indemnify Elasto against claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where there is a breach of these Terms, a legal or regulatory requirement, or an unacceptable risk. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes may be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
